Unrelated: Tomorrow: Election day. Ugh, I hope they lose votes this time, at least.

I talked about this on Twitter, I guess I should post an entry here too.

Yesterday, someone sent me a message. In this message, they said that one of my friends on LJ and on Twitter, alphawox , died in a car accident on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at 2:00AM, Central Time. I didn't believe it at first, so I made a search and found multiple posts on the LJ communities he was active in.

Even though we've known each other for only a year (perhaps a bit more), it feels longer than that. We used to chat about everything (TV fandoms, politics, science, etc). He was a smart guy (a total geek in every sense of the word) and he was very fun to talk to. I'll definitely miss him. Rest In Peace.
